Our staff strength is drawn primarily from the agricultural colleges and universities around India. Our corporate members have degrees in engineering & agriculture with specialization in various fields. To complement their formal education, they are trained in fields such as agronomy, soil science, plant pathology, entomology, horticulture, economics and extension education. In addition, they are also given hands on experience and educated in matters related to farm visits, farm demonstrations, field day, dealer visits, dealer meetings, sales and technical conferences.
